Pawsitive Pack

Sèna Pierre of Society of Royals, leveraging nearly a decade of extensive research, has identified the critical importance of fostering positive development in children during their formative years. Recognizing that these early experiences shape their future, Sèna has created an innovative illustrated book series titled “The Great Deeds of Sage and the Pawsitive Pack.” This series, featuring Sage the Maltipoo and her friends—Sam the Cocker Spaniel, Frenchie the French Bulldog, Slick the Doberman, and Lola the Poodle—uses enchanting adventures and magical collars to impart essential life lessons such as kindness, confidence, love, appreciation, sharing, and service to humanity. Our primary goal is to positively impact students, guiding them toward better life outcomes and reducing the prevalence of youth mental health issues.

Educational and Emotional Development

This program’s holistic approach includes advice for parents, mentors, teachers, program directors, and community leaders on the importance of quality time with children. By fostering healthy habits such as limiting television and screen time, we aim to instill behaviors that will benefit students into adulthood. The book series encourages children to use their imagination, travel the world, and learn about different cultures, instilling a sense of hope and curiosity for future travel and exploration.

Program Goals and Impact

The “Great Deeds of Sage and the Pawsitive Pack” program aims to address and ultimately

mitigate youth mental health challenges, which often lead to negative outcomes such as school dropouts, physical altercations, substance abuse, and violence. Our comprehensive program covers a wide range of mental health components, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and acceptance. It also emphasizes literacy development, quality time, mentorship, and accountability. By participating in our program, each student will gain access to valuable resources designed to support their mental and emotional well-being.

Comprehensive and Multifaceted Curriculum

“The Great Deeds of Sage and the Pawsitive Pack” is more than just a book series; it is a comprehensive educational tool. Each package includes an adult manual and a six-week curriculum divided into six modules designed for children aged 6-8. The modules feature fun, interactive activities, assessments, and a journal for both writing and drawing that children and adults can complete together. After finishing the series, children are encouraged to continue journaling for two months, reinforcing the lessons learned.

Expert Endorsement and Counseling Integration

We have partnered with licensed children’s therapist and family life coach Crystal Perryman. Her expert advice is embedded within each book and curriculum module, providing tips and strategies for handling the various situations depicted in the stories. This integration offers the equivalent of eight sessions of family counseling, making it an invaluable resource for both children and their caregivers.

Quiz

The online portal features an interactive quiz designed to reinforce the key lessons from “The Great Deeds of Sage and the Pawsitive Pack” series. This engaging quiz allows students to test their understanding of core concepts like kindness, empathy, confidence, and problem-solving. Each question is carefully crafted to challenge students’ critical thinking and help them apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios. Upon completion, students receive instant feedback, encouraging them to reflect on their answers and deepen their comprehension. This fun and educational tool not only measures progress but also boosts motivation and reinforces positive learning outcomes.
